Today I'm starting the gorge phase at 5.6 pounds above my ldw (186.0). Near the end of p4, I began to stabilize at around 189. Today I woke up to 191.6...I got a little too excited for the gorge days, I guess :/ Anyway, I gorged today, and I feel disgusting. On top of that, I forgot to take the drops!!!!! And I ate all the wrong foods—all carbs and no healthy fats. I had pizza, chocolate, peanut butter, nutella, and cheezits. I can't believe this. I totally screwed up. I still can't believe I forgot to take the drops. What should I do?
Another thing that's completely worrying me is that I'm already almost six pounds over my ldw. The weight I gained from this gorge day AND another one—I don't even want to think about it. It's basically erasing half the weight I lost my first round ![]() I'm really freaking out, especially because I forgot to take the drops. Does this mean my gain will be bigger? Should I take some now? I ate so much today; can I just do one loading day? I'm absolutely miserable and scared. |
