From what i've read, i think it depends on where you carry the fat that you lose. People tend to see that their fat deposits re-distribute after the weight loss to more even locations...which is the gist of it but i'm not 100% sure and i'm not certain if I've experienced much reshaping because I have a pretty cut and dry pear shape as opposed to others who are apple or V shaped...but I did notice that further into p3 I looked a bit slimmer even at a couple pounds higher than I did when I had just finished p2...that could've been a little bit of reshaping, but for others it's more dramatic.

Oh, you'll be amazed at the reshaping that occurs in P3 and P4!! I lost 35# my first round and I swear I woke up during the second week of P3 and things were just tightened up, sucked in, and the skin wasn't bagging at all. Same thing happened during my 2nd and 3rd rounds, too. I find it quite phenomenal!
