Default WElCOME ALL HCG-T-Tappers
Hi, I'm starting a new thread for HCG individuals who have inquired or have already started T-Tapp. This is a overall wellness workout that was created by Theresa Tapp. Below is a link to her web page

http://www.t-tapp.com/

Below is a very brief description of T-Tapp from her webpage.

T-Tapp is a series of copyrighted, sequential movements designed to put the body in proper functional alignment. Its special sequence of comprehensive, compound muscle movement helps establish better alignment as well as increased strength and flexibility of the spine, better neuro-kinetic flow, lymphatic function, and increased metabolic rate. Its physical therapy approach to fitness makes it safe for those with shoulder, hip, knee, neck, and back concerns. Yet, it delivers a challenging workout for all fitness levels!
T-Tapp's preventative wellness workouts deliver results inside and out. Instead of just focusing on burning calories and fat to lose weight, T-Tapp concentrates on helping the body rebuild digestion, assimilation, elimination, in addition to improving lymphatic function and neuro-kinetic flow. Increased energy, mental clarity and overall health immediately improve as your body tightens and tones. Faster inch loss occurs because muscles develop like girdles so they can uplift and cinch in target areas of concern. That's because T-Tapp develops long, lean muscle fibers with strength and flexibility for greater muscle density instead of muscle bulk.

I have purchased the basic workout tape and am getting ready to start as I just entered P3. Would love to hear how others use and like it.

Martha, it's great! I started one as well, but I liked yours better!
So we'll stay with yours.
Margaritagirl - I like your screen name! I purchased 2 DVDs - basic workout plus and the total workout, started with the basic one 3 days ago. Actually it was me and my husband, we are doing it together. No results to report yet, we'll measure in 2 weeks.
One thing for sure - my husband has some major back issues, and he can handle this workout and it makes him feel good.
We also signed up for the upcoming t-tapp workshop in our area - October 30th.
My goals are simple now that I am pretty much down to my perfect weight, need to shape up, tone up and spend the minimum amount of time working out with maximum results.

Thanks for the post! I have never heard of her, but after a few clicks thought, wow! I'd like to try this. I recently added her on my Facebook, so she's within reach for some communication. Beautiful lady!

There are several DVD options. Which do you suggest? It looks like the Total Workout DVD offers a lot of extras, but maybe I just need to start off with less $ commitment.

Hoping to hear from someone here since I cannot post yet to the other forum while awaiting activation.

Sorry for the delay in my response to your question in regards to which DVD to purchase. Theresa Tapp, the founder of this program recommends the 15 minute DVD called Basic Workout Plus. It is 15 minutes long and the plus refers to the exercise called "hoe downs".
The total workout is about 45 minutes long the includes the first 15 minutes of the Basic Workout Plus and the next 30 minutes towards arms, legs, and core.
It is suggested that all beginners start with the 15 minute workout and when you are comfortable go on to the Total Workout.

On a personal note, I started doing the Basic Workout Plus for a bootcamp of 14 days straight and then every other day for the next 4 weeks.
I'm currently doing the Total workout now on day 5. I plan on doing a 14 day bootcamp of the Total workout and then switching to every other day for the next 5-6 weeks.
This workout is no joke, and I have droped about 16 inches around my body since I started the Basic Workout Plus. You will feel wonderful. Best thing I've done since I started HCG.

I've heard such awesome things about this program. I've been waiting for a month to get it. I used to use kettlebells before starting on HCG but since its so intense I figured ttap would be alot better. I'd love to hear more results of people who are currently using it!

Check Amazon.com for t-tapp products as well. You may find a bargain. I know Rita (usmile777) was able to purchase both the BWO+ and the Total Workout for less than 40 dollars. So, keep that in mind. If you go to her website and the forum you will get a good amount of information there as well.
Like I mention before, I did the BWO+ for 14 days straight and then every other day for 4 weeks.
I'm now doing the Total Workout (instructional) which is about 45 minutes long for 14 days staight and after I will continue every other day for 5-6 weeks. This approach is supposed to make most individuals drop about 3-4 sizes. Of course alot depends on consistency of the workouts, food choices, and really engaging the muscle activation and holding proper alignment with the body. Although I havn't seen much scale loss, I do see alot inch loss. I was a size 8 before I started T-tapp and now I'm a comfortable size 6 working to get down to a 4.
I ordered the skin brushing system and hope to have it by next week or sooner. I think most people will enjoy this workout especially if you have knee/back/elbow/shoulder issues. It is very rehabilitative, lymphatic pumping, and inch loss producing.
I have to add as well that I feel wonderful. I sleep very well at night and just have an overall feeling of well-being.

I forgot to mention that the Total Workout DVD includes:

Instructional Video that shows you in detail how to do Total workout 2 that starts with PBS(Primary Back Stretch) The instructional video leaves out the BWO+.

When you are comfortable with the instuctional video and you want to do the Total Workout video without the instructional you move on to the Total Workout.
This includes the first 15 minutes of BWO and the Total workout combined without instruction. Its about 55 minutes long but goes straight through without instruction.

The Total workout in my opinion is a better buy (imho) because it includes the BWO+ and the Total workout 55 minutes long, and the 18 minute Basic Plus Tempo.

Disadvantage of the Total Workout is that it does not include the instructional for the BWO+. It is better to start with the BWO+ instructional. If money is tight, as with most of us, go ahead and get the Total Workout DVD.

I hope that makes sense.

Yes, I purchased my set of DVD's and CD's through amazon.com - they were slightly used, but I paid $45 including shipping. Also you can check ebay - prices are very good there as well.
I did BWO for 7 days with just one day off, I did BWO+ yesterday and today I started my 14 days boot camp doing total workout - the 55 minutes. I also try to adopt the t-tapp way of walking - it's very challenging.

Oh, Tappers, are you still here? How is T-Tap for you? I just ordered Basic Plus and Step Away Set and look forward to starting. It seems perfect while being on HCG.

How often do you tap?
How long?
Do you have photos of before and after you can share?

Hi, this is really good thing what you have done, I am happy that someone is there to talk about HCG and say the details of it to the public. I have written an article about what is HCG and has posted it in assignment writing blog. As most of the people don`t have any good knowledge about what is HCG.
