Hi,
I was going through my slow cooker recipe book to see if there were any recipes I could use or tweak safe for P2. Here is one: ..diced tomatoes not drained (was thinking of using fresh tomatoes and dicing them myself ..onion ..celery ..bell pepper ..garlic ..dried parsley flakes ..dried oregano ..hot pepper sauce ..dried thyme ..shrimp .. rice (but will leave this ingredient out for sure) ..fat free reduced sodium chicken broth (should I make my own chicken broth as I have a recipe from forum?) Thank you... Day 18 (not including load days) ![]() |
