Default Stall breaking suggestions?
I am R1P2D16 and I have had zero weight loss in 3 days. Any suggestions?

Three cups of green tea in a day did it for me!

I hate not seeing any change in the scale after wonderful week one! Just stick it out and know that the loss will show up, it may take a few days for your body to adjust.. Be sure to drink a ton of water!!! You'll see those numbers go down again, soon

Hi MNMom, I just went through a long stall (one whole week!) and I dropped one melba toast and one fruit. I dont know if that helped or not but it did break after that. I also did the epsom salt bath- not sure if that helped either but it made me feel like I was doing something!! Good luck, it will pass!

Be patient... as long as you're sticking to protocol, it WILL move. Stalls are normal, and I also do 2-3 epsom salt soaks per week....very healthy.

I heard it is a good detox method and it also makes my skin feel great (which I need since I am not using any lotion). Some people claim it helps their losses- I cant tell, but it sure relaxes me!

Thanks for the suggestions. I cut out one fruit so far today, and had extra green tea in the afternoon. Lots and lots of water. I am going to look for my Epson salt when I get home. Thanks again.
