WOW!!! You are an inspiration!!! I am new to the boards and just came across you and your information. 80 lbs and you've kept it off for 8 months! Congratulations!!!
thanks fatfighter, I get busy and lose track of the forum, but keep coming back to check in every couple months. It also helps me keep focused and my weight off. I am a big believer in HCG and if you follow it religiously you will lose weight. For maintaining I try to not allow more than a 3 pound gain at any time, when I do gain from a party or a few days of bad eating, I buckle down and eat correctly until those couple pounds are gone. I also feel getting on the scale every day helps me keep weight off and stay at my current weight. I am still maintaining and the more months that go by, the easier it is getting to make good food choices all the time. As the saying goes, I definitely enjoy my current weight and ability to wear any clothes I like, more than eating food that makes me gain. I just try to eat a balanced diet, my long term diet is rich in vegetables, fruits, and proteins, and low in carbs - even good grains I try to keep at a minimum. If I crave something sweet or a dessert, I really practice portion control like a small chocolate, or a couple bites of dessert. I am not able to do lots of exercise because of a health condition, but I do try to be more active best I can - adding more steps into my day, and some minor toning with light weights when I feel good.

I hope you reach your goals, I know you will if you follow plan! Good luck.
