Default I Really need some advise/help here
I am 49 years old. This is NOT my first round of HCG. I have been mildly successful in the past using HCG, BUT this time doing a 23 day cycle have only lost 5 pounds and I am within days of being done. I have followed the program to a "T", no cheats, nothing that isn't allow.

I've been to the doctor and had my thyroid checked.... and it is fine. No other health issues at all.

I am exercising.

Has anyone else had this experience? Any advise?

Brenda

How much did you lose in previous rounds? Over what period of time?

How much water are you drinking?

The program you're following is Dr. Simeons' protocol from Pounds & Inches?

Are you taking drops, pills or injections?

Prescription strength or homeopathic?

Are you hungry at all?

Perhaps you need a longer round?

How vigorous is your exercise?

Lady Smart's question is a great one, and one I am wondering about as well. Those that have little to lose generally do not see as much loss, likely because there's not as much accessible abnormal fat to process.

What exactly have you been eating? Are you following Pounds and Inches or something else? And what method of hcg?

I didn't read your questions. I just looked down to see if there was further information from her.
