Hi, just wanted to add a note to this list.
Please avoid taking pomfret/pompano as it's a fatty fish. I'm on P2 and had 3.5oz of Pomfret/pompano fish with bones from the Asian store. The next day I gained 0.2lbs and today I'm, back to the weight I was at two days back (I wasted 2 days ) Some of the friends at the chat room told me it's a fatty fish and it's true as I was eating it, I felt it was creamier though I only cooked with water & some turmeric, coriander, S&P. It's just a reminder for anyone on P2 to avoid this fish. |
