This is my first round of HCG so curious what the "experts" would do.....
I started this trying to lose the last pounds to get to my goal (see sig stats) If I do this round to a min 23 days 11/3 last pellet day 11/4 and 11/5 no hcg/vlcd I am going away with my husband (no kids!) on 11/7 for a overnight trip. It would really maybe be 3 meals (dinner, breakfast and lunch) that would not be P2 and I am not sure if I should just do a type of "refeed" for those meals or a planned interruption? I would really like to get to goal in one round and I know they say a longer round is better to stabilize?? I am so close to goal, I would hate for a 3 meal "refeed" or even a interruption to put me back to square one where I started this round !! |

I wouldn't recommend a 23 day round. A short 23 day round is what put me back to R3! You also can't really do a PI unless you add another few weeks to your round since I believe you have to have 21 days after a PI. All you can really do is treat it as a cheat & continue till you get the weight off through at least 30 days to stabilize properly.
Maybe someone else will have a better idea but the numbers won't work for you to do a PI and short rounds are awful! |
