I am nearing the end of my 23-26 day round. I have lost 15lbs since loading and 12lbs since before loading.
I am currently 150 lbs. I have some special events coming up in the next two weeks and I was going to go to phase 3. However, I am reading that phase 3 is only to stabilize your current weight. I was under the impression that I would still lose on no-carb. I was wondering if you had any advice on what I should do if I want to lose 10 more lbs. I don't think I can continue the drops because I need to start tanning for engagement pictures and wedding coming up. I have to use the oily lotion and I need to use cosmetics with oil in them. I have lost mostly all the muscle in my legs. I used to lift very heavy and even though I was overweight, I had a lot of muscle in my legs. I was thinking of starting to go back to lifting weight again. This, normally, would help with weight loss but I am wondering if anyone knows if the body reacts differently to exercise after HHcg. Should I stay on the drops one more week or just go to phase 3 and workout? Is it ok to try and lose weight on phase 3? Is it ok to try and lose weight through exercise on phase 4 or is that virtually impossible without the drops?? |

If you need to tan I would go on to P3 (as long as your cosmetics don't have starch or sugar in them there should be no restriction). Guess it comes down to whether skinny is more important than tanned ![]() Have fun at the wedding! |
