Default Phase 3 questions
I am nearing the end of my 23-26 day round. I have lost 15lbs since loading and 12lbs since before loading.

I am currently 150 lbs.

I have some special events coming up in the next two weeks and I was going to go to phase 3. However, I am reading that phase 3 is only to stabilize your current weight. I was under the impression that I would still lose on no-carb.

I was wondering if you had any advice on what I should do if I want to lose 10 more lbs. I don't think I can continue the drops because I need to start tanning for engagement pictures and wedding coming up. I have to use the oily lotion and I need to use cosmetics with oil in them.

I have lost mostly all the muscle in my legs. I used to lift very heavy and even though I was overweight, I had a lot of muscle in my legs. I was thinking of starting to go back to lifting weight again. This, normally, would help with weight loss but I am wondering if anyone knows if the body reacts differently to exercise after HHcg.

Should I stay on the drops one more week or just go to phase 3 and workout? Is it ok to try and lose weight on phase 3? Is it ok to try and lose weight through exercise on phase 4 or is that virtually impossible without the drops??
