Today is my first time trying HCG. I am loading today and using intermountain pellets. Do I have to let them dissolve 100% or can I let them dissolve for alittle while and then chew them and swallow? It seems like they are taking forever to disolve

Sorry they did not come with instructions so I was not 100% sure

If they haven't disolved after about 10 minutes, I just chew the little bits. Let them melt as long as you can. Good luck and welcome!

When I used them I let the dissolve completely - because when you swallow them it's kinda like just throwing them away as you don't get their benefit. I couldn't do the no food/drink 30 min before or after so I just went to injections. Good luck

I'm using the pellets and no one ever mentioned to me that I should wait 30 minutes before/after using them to eat. (Doctor put me on this program.) Interesting...

But I'm still losing about a pound a day, so maybe that factor shouldn't be a 'deciding' factor.

Mine where the Meridian Health labs (blue bottle) pellets - not rx and it was in their booklet - maybe yours are RX kind - that would be nice not to wait before & after Also with the homeopathic pellets you can not touch them with your fingers/hands -
