I have lost 15 pounds during my Phase 1, which ends today. I'm close to the finish line, but would like to lose an additional 5 pounds. So do I load for the next two days, continue with VLCD until I hit my goal, then move on to Phase 2? Or will I continue to lose weight in Phase 2?
Please someone, get back to me. I don't want to load if that's going to ruin all the effort I've put in thus far. Though the thought of loading is very appealing! Thanks. Jen |

Hi, Jen. Please clarify. Do you mean you're finishing ROUND 1 today and getting ready for ROUND 2?? You've done the first set of loading, VLCD, P3 and P4 for maintenance? What you're asking isn't making sense. Or, are you in P2 (the VLCD), and wondering if you should just extend to loose 5# more? If that's what you're asking, what form of hCG are you taking, how long have you used it, and how much have you lost?

I finished the first set of loading and VLCD through Day 23. I just re-read the instructions that came with my drops, and it says to continue taking the drops and maintain the VLCD through day 40 or until I reach my goal. So I guess that means when I hit my magic number, which could be next week, I move myself into Phase 2 and up the calories to 1,500. My impression was that if I didn't reach my goal, I started Phase 1 all over again, which would include those fat loading days.
