Hello everyone, newbie in desperate need for your help. I've read other post about ppl not losing and still don't have the answer for my question. I've been on the diet since last Thursday and I've only lost 6pds including the 2 I gained for gorging. I've been eating a George Foreman chicken breast with Delmonte's canned spinach(30 cal per 1/2c I eat the whole can equals to about 120-180) every day. I also eat a red grapefruit and drink two cups of no sugar yerba mate tea(5 cal) and about 40oz of water (I'm working my way up to 90oz). I take 15 drops 3x/day and I also take sub b12. I have to force myself to finish the chicken because I'm not a every day meat eater. I can eat spinach every day but meat, blah..... Please tell me what I'm doing wrong? My co worker had great success on this diet (she lost 23 pds in 20 days and look amazing) oh and I did have 6 strawberries w/ Jay Robb whey protein in a blender mixed with water yesterday but no grapefruit. Is there something that I'm doing wrong?
