Default Is 35 IU hcg subq a week enough?
I just started at a weight loss clinic this past tuesday. I am starting to question whether I am getting enough hcg for it to be effective. It seems as though most people are giving themselves daily injections and I am only getting weekly injections for the next four weeks? Is that enough? I should also add that I was given a prescription of 37.5 mg of phentermine also. Help!!:

You need to verify exactly what program they have you doing and what the expectations of that program are because that isn't THIS program. My girlfriend had also went to a medical clinic two years ago, and was on weekly shots and an appetite suppressent. Yes, they made a difference, but it wasn't the hCG protocol. She's doing that now for herself and in the last couple of months has lost almost forty pounds. AND has felt great.
