Default I had a huge cheat day and suffered badly...why do you suppose?
So the excuses are...
I was STARVING and not able to get to food and had appointment to make. Gave in (turns out it was day befor TOM too)
So I let my diet go for the enire day
Immediately after dinner, which included a nice dessert I ended up with severe abdominal cramps and diarrhea.
Lucky for me when I woke this morning TOM was here and my uncontrollable urge to devour Tokyo is over but again, why the diarrhea and cramps?
TIA

My guess is your dinner/dessert was full of fat and sugar which your gut did not like since you ave been detoxing while on HCG.

BTW carrying a bottle of water and an apple everywhere you go can come in really handy like a first-aid kit.

I would guess the same thing... your body wasn't ready for all that junk! It may be kind of good because maybe most of it ran through you and it won't screw you up too bad!
I also agree with itsybitsy, carrying an apple everywhere is a great idea! I have been taking that advice. It saved me at the movies last night! I felt silly eating it in the parking lot but I bet I would have felt a lot sillier if I had downed a load of food.
Good luck, shake it off and get back on the bike!!!

Yup, that is all you can do! Most of us fall off the wagon from time to time and all you can do is get back on it! Of course when you fall off the wagon the cravings for stuff start which is hard to knock off... but you have to stay strong!

The apple & water save me ALL the time! An apple fills me up quick!!
