archie : One suggestion : when I'm in P3/P4, I take measurements every two weeks. This makes me feel like I'm "still on the program". What I discovered is that my body shifts considerably even when I am eating more food. Not only is this delightful, but it made me feel like I was making progress toward my goals EVEN when holding my weight steady. It's really amazing how much my skin changed. As I've gone through this R2P2, I noticed my skin is really loose and the rest period helps it recover nicely.
