Default Skin Benefit of HCG
Has anyone experienced beautiful skin using HCG? I can't decide which I am most pleased about..... the weight loss or how my skin radiates. Even my pores have gotten smaller. If my skin looked like this without HCG, I would never wear makeup! I am also not using any kind of moisturizers and have no dryness. I am curious as to whether this is really the HCG or my skin thanking me for not wearing any products. Any thoughts?

joanie - I'm glad to hear that someone else has the positive skin change. I hear so many individuals speak of the dried skin. My skin has always been somewhat clear; nevertheless I always wore make up. Lately my face has been so smooth, I been going without the foundation and powder, feels good. I live in AZ and so far, no dry skin problems. I was thinking that it was because of the amount of water i was drinking.

Wow, I'm jealous! My skin is sooo dry that my legs are peeling. I have never had that happen to me before. I use baby oil daily, but that doesn't seem to help.

Wow, I don't know that my skin radiates on P2 at all.

I think others have shared that they break out much more because we're releasing toxins.

So you are very lucky!!

I suspect some of it is having food allergens gone. My skin is better on P2 too.

I too had great skin. I also found that I didn't have to shave as much (no comment from the GP)

My skin has been clearer, but as Colleen said, I've wondered if it had to do with the clean diet.

I have experienced an improvement in my skin as well. I was trying to decide if it is the sugar or oil that could have been causing breakouts BEFORE the diet? Anyone notice a difference for the worse when starting to add oils back into the diet? THx!
