Default IU Amount
New user, Ive read a bit on the diet. I want to ask how many of you use the original amount of HCG, compared to what Kevin Troubeou suggestes due to current day toxins? The difference seems pretty big from 125 to more like 200-250.

Also how does HCG change your emotional state or character while on it. Im sure there has to be some change in your affect, albeit nothing soooo crazy, not due to frustration or antsy due to the restricted diet, I mean what the HCG does. THank you.

I wouldn't believe ANYTHING that Kevin Trudeau writes ... he is all about hype and selling books and making money ... not about helping ... he has NO credentials ... just my 2 cents ... BTW, I am taking the homeopathic drops ... and I only just started, so am not an expert. Just offering an opinion on your source material ...

the Rx versions: Ovidac, Hucog, etc. seem to be quite potent these days. I am on Ovidac, and I am suspecting that 125 is too high for me, so i have been hovering a little over 100. too much and too little will cause HUNGER, so it is a subtle thing and requires patience... of which i am running out of.

good luck.

I think what he says has some merit...but when you read his book, he makes it seem like he's interested in helping people and offers Simeons manuscript on his site, etc...but when you go to his site, you need to pay monthly membership fees just to view anything.
