I am starting Round 2 tomorrow. I did homeopathic and sublingual drops for Round 1. I am trying subq injections for this round, and I'm starting to freak out a little at the idea. Can someone talk me off the ledge?
I have printed out the mixing instructions: add 19 ml bact water to 5000 iu liquid hcg for 20 ml fluid total. Should I start with 175 dose? This means .7 on the needle, right? If not, what is a good starting dose? Do I inject this amount once or twice a day? If I discover I can't go through with it, can I use the mixed hcg to do sublingual instead? For some reason, I'm more nervous this time than I was for Round 1 earlier this year! |

I can't help with the amount to use as I get mine in prefilled syringes from a clinic. However, if the thought of sticking a needle in your tummy is freaking you out- dont let it get to you. I dont care for needles either but I have been shooting myself now for over 30 days and the needle is so small it doesnt hurt at all. You just got to get over the psychological aspect because physically there is no pain. Also search through the forums for the answers for the dosings. I have seen many posting about what to use from the senior members here- I think colleennoble is one that gives good instructions. Good luck and dont be nervous. I am sure you will do just fine.

Perdita - Depending on how you want it mixed stronger or more diluted is how you mix. I personally like stronger so I have less to inject. I mix 5000iu with 10ml. Of course 1ml of that is used to mix the HCG so you end up with a total of 10 not 11.
Depending on what size needle you are using 1cc or 1/2cc will depend on the dose. I would start at 150 not 175. Let me know what size your needles are & how you are going to mix & I will help you. Don't freak about the needle... I promise you I HATE needles & so dreaded the prick... just poke yourself fast & you don't feel it at all!!! |

Okay good luck, 175 & 200 are very high dosages tho. I got my advice from Grammy. To much will make you feel starving having to skip a day to get some out of your system. Definitely pay attention to how you feel. It's easier to make the dose stronger skipping a day is the only way to go lower.
How did the 1st injection go. |

Thanks, Jessica! I survived my first TWO shots this morning. I was going to inject .7 and when I opened the package of needles, they were only .5! I double checked the website and invoice, and both said I was supposed to receive 1cc needles, so they goofed! I couldn't believe it!!
I ended up shooting .35 with 2 different needles on each side of my belly. The first shot, I had a little blood, but the second shot went better. Our of nervousness, I forgot to release the pinch before injecting, but I didn't see any liquid escaping. I think tomorrow's will go better, but I need to find larger needles! |
