I'm doing everything by protocol and I have been at the same weight for 4 days now. I was losing 2 pounds a day, then I started
losing 2 pounds every other day. Now I'm stalled for the fourth day! Today is day 10 of ph. 2. Why is this happening? The positive side is that I was able to get info my size 14 jeans yesterday which I haven't worn in a year. ![]() |
