I know that they say to wait until after your period to start the hhcg but I could not remember the last time I had it and I needed to start so I could be on the next phase by the end of October.
Anyway, I am feeling symptoms of my period, which could mean that it arrives this week or it might take 2 more weeks. I am on day 5 (counting loading as days 1 and 2) What happens if I continue the drops when I get it? I also know that diet changes as well as intense workout will cause me to skip a period. I am tempted to go to the gym and workout really hard to make me not get my period. This might be a worse option though on 500 cal. |
