Default Traveling for 10 days - how to handle eating
I am going to be away from home for about 10 days. I am planning to take some melba and wasa and am not worried about getting in my fluids and such. I am kind of freaked out about eating. I am allergic to apples so have been eating strawberries. I can take fresh or frozen ones in the car. I can also take raw spinach. What do you do when you're on the road? I will have access to cook a few days but not every day. I'm really worried about this and would appreciate any tips. Thanks!

eta - I am in phase 2until I get home and then will start phase 3.

Will you be able to use a cooler or refrigerator? If not, have you been on P2 long enough to transition to P3 for the trip? It's much easier to eat P3 on the road if you eat out.

When I stayed in a hotel with a microwave and fridge, I brought my pre-measured, individually wrapped meat in a cooler and cooked it as I needed it. I bought fresh items at the grocery store.

For most of the trip I will have access to a refrigerator. There are only maybe 4 days I won't. I'm not sure I'll have access to a stove or microwave though.

Worked for Art Williams(founder of AL williams ins and Primerica) a little bit almost a life time ago... One of Art's favorite sayings was " All you can do is all you can do, and most of the time its enough". Realize your limitations while traveling, do the best you can do given the circumstances.. And dont stress out over it.

How many days are you in P2?

How many days until your trip?

Wow 10 days is a long time! my name is Brad and I work with Wasa. Wasa is great for when you cant store food and need to put something on your stomach! If you're not already a fan of the Facebook page check it out for a $1 off coupon on your Wasa purchase. I hope this helps.
