Can I get some Corion users to join in here and give your experiences on it.
What's your current dose? How are your losses? Are you experiencing hunger? Did you? How did you fix it I'm on day 2 of VLCD and I'm experiencing hunger. I gained a good 5lbs on my load days and have only lost 2 so far. I started at 175iu and today went down to a little below 150iu. I'm wondering if tomorrow I should go even lower possibly to 130. Yesterday I was ok until around 6pm then I was ravishing. This morning I was starving and am still feeling a constant rumble although not as bad as earlier. What about everyone else? |

Sitori,
Hucog user not Corion but I also had hunger issues Round 2. Round 1 my dose was 200iu and had absolutely no hunger at all. Round 2, I was starving all the time and finally leveled out at 145iu. From what I have read, Corion is stronger than Hucog which means you may need even less since this is not your first round. Colleen was a great help. Might want to ask her if your tweaks do not fix your hunger. Better to get it resolved sooner than later. Good Luck. |

yea I found with hucog I was going to low in my dose so I ended up at almost 200iu and i was good, even though it took my almost my entire round to figure that out. lol
It's too hard to tell yet if it's too high. I started at 35 units, went down to 28 today but still had hunger all day. I'm going to go down to 25 tomorrow to see what happens. If I'm starved, obviously it's too low and i'll probably start all over by starting at 200iu and working my way down |

Better to get it figured out now instead of waiting till 3 weeks in like I did.
Round 1, I stabilized without any issues. This round, I am hitting the 2 lb limit constantly. Eating a lot cleaner this time which should make it easier. Not sure if it is related to the hunger or not. Keep us posted on progress. |

sitori- 200 is likely too high for corion. also remember that your present level is an average of your past 3 days. so if you change your dose too quickly, it makes it impossible to know which way to go. i would stick with 150 for another day, and try to ascertain if that is better than 175. if it is but you're still hungry, skip your dose the following day.

Oohhhh I didn't know it was an average of the past 3 days. Crap. Well Ive been changing my dose every day for the last 3 days. I started at 35, went down to 30, then 28 and im doing 28 again today. I'm already starving and I took my dose at 930. If I'm super hungry all day I'll probably assume it's too low and start all over tomorrow, or i'll skip tomorrow and start over the following day.

Oops, just realized I actually took 100IU today (0.20cc mark), so my 3 day average is actually 130IU, but I am STILL STARVING. I am thinking of injecting 130IU tomrw (0.26) to get an average of 125IU, but will 5IU really make much of a dent in my hunger? I really am ravenous. I am very tempted to quit the protocol if i get hunger like this again.... This has been worse than regular calorie restriction...
