Default P2 Lounge- the Most Luxurious of All the Lounges, since You Need Perks While in P2
Just wanted to open up the newest and MOST luxurious of all the lounges. since we're so restricted in our eating we need to be pampered. this lounge has an olympic-size pool, several hot tubs, tennis courts, private golf course, biking trails, world-class chefs, big flat-screen tv's, pool tables, and massage therapists working 24/7 (using only baby oil, of course). then, of course, there are the servants.

they just brought me a crying towel because after my first vlcd i only lost one stinkin' pound! And i drank plenty of water, too. this is not a good start....

Your lowly subject, begs you to consider, oh Queen; 1# is one less you have to lose! Give yourself some time. Don't forget, this time you've got less to lose than previously! And would you have lost so much in one day on any other diet?

Wizard or witch or somewhere twixt & tween, a spell is cast on mgsondance her weight from her to flee!

Nice place you have here, Margie ahh err....Your Majesty. I'm so glad we have a lounge. I would like to agree with Oz, it is one less lb! Yeah! Oz, I realize I am a very low ranking member of the kingdom, but would you cast a spell this way too?

All subjects of the hCG queendom are worthy of having a spell said for them, so with the Queen's permission:

Strengthen Carole's resolve so her pounds will disolve, helped along by her hCG! Might her appetite be sated on apples and chicken until she looks so finger lickin'...good!

I like the P2 lounge. Might move in if we have all that cool stuff!!! No spells for me though please. Decrees from the queen I can handle but no witchcraft.

well, it's really not just one less pound. if i'd been more careful with loading and had not gained, THEN it would be one less pound. but now, it will probably take me a week just to get my loading weight off! definitely not worth it to me. next time i'll stick to my own advice and eat fatty foods that don't have sugar in them as well.

grumble, grumble....

do we have a royal soother/sympathizer? THAT'S a position we need in the royal family.

Pubah to the rescue!!!!
margie lets see what happens tomorrow before we get all discouraged. You might lose 5 lbs over night.
You are a rockin and rollin weight losing machine! Chin up and kick this weight in the butt!
There is always tomorrow. First week really. What has been your best loss in first week of other rounds?
I bet you do better this round or I'll pay for a round of Pubah Nectar for everyone!

It's very slow & somedays it's discouraging when the mean old scale only reflects a .2 loss.
But this is an incredible protocol, what other diet could I lose 6 lbs in 11 days?
Plus it's so easy, besides the occassional tummy growls

Yes my last 10 lbs was the hardest and slowest to get off. several day stalls were normal and when I did lose it was small. iluvKats also experienced very slow losses the closer she got to her goal weight. But thank goodness it comes off and looks great even if it is a little slower than the rest of the weight came off!
We will do a big hoopla celebration when you reach your goal weight here in P2 lounge.
Good luck paula!

What a wonderful relaxing place. I just love it!!!

Paula, you're doing great!!! I feel very discouraged today, I had lost 4.8 but went up 1 pound this morning. I know I just have to hang in there, but sometimes I wonder how. I'm usually a very positive person.

Priscilla, One day at a time, that's all we can do.
I know it's a let down when you follow the diet to a "t" and then the scale disappoints you.
I don't know what to expect every morning when I step on the scale,
will it be a 0 loss, .4 or 1 lb.
But let's concentrate on the big picture, where will we be at the end of 23 days?
Hang in there!

getting a bit concerned here.... day two of vlcd and i'm still very hungry- not empty, hungry. this is round 4, and i've never been this hungry in the beginning. wondering if perhaps my batch of hcg is bad.

Yeah, not normal to be hungry, maybe it is the hcg and if you only lost one pound. Then again you may wake up and lose 4 lbs tomorrow. I know i was hungry on my second round but doing ok on this one so far--first day of vlcd. You waited at least 6 weeks so cant be immunity already. Hoping I drop at least 5 lbs by tomorrow morning. I have been a BAD girl but if I can gain 17 lbs in a week I can lose it again but like you disgusted with myself for letting myself get so out of hand. Feel like I undid my last round. I think on my last round there were times I was starving and I could literally feel the fat burning off my body--like it just couldnt keep up. It was weird. I didnt feel that on the first round even though I was losing. I wonder if you feel it more the less fat you have to lose, like with each successive round.Youmight wait and see how tomrrow goes and if you dont lose and are still hungry then I would remix.

have you lost 5# before in one night? i never lose even close to that- i think the most i've ever lost is 2.5, and that was after a stall that lasted 6 days! that's why i'm kind of disgusted, and am really going to watch my loading next time. i think if you're eating stuff with sugar and flour in it (even if there is also fat), that fills you up so you don't have as much room to eat food that is higher in only fat. that's my theory, anyway.

i just had a bad feeling about this round- like my body says i've lost this weight too fast, and it's going to dig it's heels in. we'll see.

Yeah, I have lost 4 to 5 lbs in one night before. I am counting on that this time since I put it on so fast hopefully it hasnt had time to "stick" and will fall right off again. You may be right about your body not being ready. That is why I am glad I waited 6 weeks this time and am going to give it a rest for the rest of the year when I finish this round. Been dieting the whole year and it does catch up with you. I still think you will hit your 100# loss this year though. But I would seriously consider a long break. This is your 4th round. Technically according to Dr S you are supposed to wait like 12 weeks between 3rd and 4th round. maybe it is too soon. Something to consider.
