I have used the Pure Protein Vanilla Shake, also from Wal-Mart, mixed with water and ice on P2 and had some of my best loss days on those days. So I will continue them on P3.
I tried the Jillian Michaels Vanilla shake on P3 mixed with Vanilla Almond Milk during my last round and did fine with it. Tried the Chocolate too, it was ok but I love the Vanilla. I switched to the Pure Protein because it has more protein in it and you get more for the money (I think), but it does have more calories, 140 compared to 100. They are both made by the Pure Protein brand and taste pretty much the same to me. So anyway my body likes it but everyone is different. I did not try the bars but I'd love to hear if someone has. |
