Back when I was doing Atkins, what I kept in my bag in case of emergency was a pouch of tuna with a few packets of mayonnaise. It was the least of the evils I could come up with so that I could stay on my plan at all times without making excuses.
If the "need" for the bars is about having something resembling candy that won't derail your plan, save it for P4 and then have a small amount of real candy. |
