I'm a real food advocate. If you have a big craving for chocolate, get yourself a small amount of the best kind of chocolate you can, without all the crap in the Atkins bars, enjoy it, and move on. I think that is better than eating the SF chocolates, with their illusion of safety. When I think I can delude myself that something like that is okay to eat, I'm more likely to abuse it than when I eat the real stuff. The real stuff keeps me honest about how much I consume.
