![]() I agree about the regular candy. Sometimes a substitute can just make you want more and then you consume more than if you had just ate what you wanted. I will have to remember that. Of course candy doesn't taste as good as it did when I was a kid. Except some of those expensive chocolate bars they have out now. As far as more filling meals, I plan to try the leptin reset after I am done with the HCG phases and at my true goal. I have always felt full longer after eating meat where if I ate an apple trying to eat more healthy, I would be hungry 10 minutes later. Seems a lot of veggies don't agree with me either. Just kills my stomach. Mostly raw broccoli, cauliflower, and avocados! Bad to crave an avocado only to have it wish you could just double over and fall out in the floor! Eating after all the dieting is gonna prove interesting to say the least. |
