This evening I was only on day 1.5 of my three day hcg wash out from a 39 day vlcd with hx pellets. I was shopping with my grandson for school supplies and not having eaten in 24 hours, almost passed out. We stopped at a nearby restaurant and I ate about half of a large salad with egg, bacon, grilled chicken, cherry tomatoes and blue cheese dressing. Is there a way to fix the mistake and finish my other 1.5 day of hcg washout?
