This evening I was only on day 1.5 of my three day hcg wash out from a 39 day vlcd with hx pellets. I was shopping with my grandson for school supplies and not having eaten in 24 hours, almost passed out. We stopped at a nearby restaurant and I ate about half of a large salad with egg, bacon, grilled chicken, cherry tomatoes and blue cheese dressing. Is there a way to fix the mistake and finish my other 1.5 day of hcg washout?

I often go close to 24 hours without eating. I'm not sure why it got to me this time. And the food choices where I chose to stop were VERY limited but I was afraid to NOT eat anything and drive my young grandson since I was feeling so ill.
My question actually was HOW do I fix the problem....do I start the 3 day wash out over or do I just do another day and a half? Or do I do a few more days of hcg and then do the three day wash out???? Thanks |

Just finish out the 3 days vlcd without hcg as near to protocol as you can. If you see a huge gain tomorrow you could go back on hcg for a few more days.
were your pellets rx or homeopathic? if they were homeopathic you only have go to 48 hours from last dose before entering P3, instead of the 72 hours with rx. |

Beth........They were rx and I think I may have about two days left due to couple of missed doses during my 39 days. Depending on the scale in the morning, maybe I will use those Sunday and Monday and then try my three days over.......and try not to go 24 hours without eating, which lead to the whole fiasco. Thanks for your help.
