Default Back on HCG after pregnancy
Hello all,

I'm pretty new to this forum but not new to hhcg. I lost close to 40lbs with my last 2 rounds of hhcg before I got pregnant last year. During my pregnancy I went from 135lbs to 196, I went down to 169 post partum and started my 1st round last month. Today is VLCD 16 and I have released 11.4 lbs (would be more but I cheated twice). I will likely do a 10 day interruption and go back to P2 to get a little bit more weight off. My problem is being home all day (maternity leave) has made this a VERY difficult round. When I'm at work, I can follow protocol with ease. My short term goal is to get back to my pre pregnancy weight of 135lb and then my ultimate goal is 120lbs.

I just wanted to intro myself before I started posting
Good luck to you all!

Best of luck to you. I struggle when I'm home as well. I don't have the distractions that work provides. One thing that I have found to help though is drinking as much water/tea as possible.

Welcome back & Congrats on the new baby! Good luck to you! I try to find things to keep me busy at home. I spend a lot of time on this forum when I get tempted by the refrigerator!

Hi Natralee! Congratulations on your new little one! I am in the same boat as you, I just had my son on April 18th and am working on re-losing the weight I lost on previous rounds. Yeah, there was no way I could do the diet while on maternity leave! I waited until I was back at work and not breastfeeding before I started. Well anyhow, good luck on your round!!!

Thanks! Congrats on your little one as well, I had my baby 5/11 and yeah I'm not feeling the maternity leave dieting BUT I don't go back to work til Oct and I REFUSE to buy more clothes LOL! So small sacrifices now yield big rewards in the end

Congrats! I had my baby on 6/28 and started VLCD this past monday. I start work next week, this week hasn't been bad for me, although I agree, it will be so much easier while at work
