Hi Lydia,

Nice to meet someone else who lives on a small European island!Which Greek island do you live on? I bet that summer is now in full force. Here in the Canaries we have the trade winds to keep us cool during the summers, so temps rarely hit 30°C. Winters stay around 22°C.

regards, Margaret

ok, who is going to host the forum party? i vote for someone living on one of the islands....

btw, Dr. S says that you can't save up your protein from lunch and eat it with dinner- so be careful with that! can't do it with the fruit or breadsticks, either.

Mags,

I'll be very glad to cook
as long as you do the cleaning.

We can go to Hawaii together!

Oh, didn't I tell you? I'm allergic to cleaning. I have a theory..... after 3 months, it doesn't get any dirtier. No, we'll need a cleaner.

Today is day 20 for me on round 1 phase 2. I have lost 16.5 lbs so far. Today I tryed something new. For lunch I had 4 strawberrys cut up with one packet of stivia over them with 1/2-1 cup non fat cottage cheese mixed together. It was sweet and refreshing, then for dinner I had a 5oz filet mignon and a few spears of asparagus. It was fantastic. I found a pack of 2 at Wal Mart for $5.97!! They are wraped in bacon but I just took the bacon off of mine. I am going back to Wal Mart to buy more. Thank you for all of your posts on this blog, it has been a huge help to me.
