Default question for Hcg Vets who have done multiple rounds
Hi every one. I have done one long round on Hcg, over 60 days and I have also completed 3 weeks P3 (more like 4 weeks due to TOM) and plan to complete 3.5 weeks P4 before doing another round. I am crunched for time and want to do a 27 day round with 3 days off hcg total 30 days. I did well in my first round and stabilizing ok right now in P4 even with a few added starches. making my way back up. I wanted to know how people have done with subsequent rounds. any problems stabilizing? any problems sticking to P2? Any challenges and struggles? Please share. If I had my way, I would lose weight without HCg, but that was difficult even before I tried Hcg. On p4 I am unable to lose and just maintain. My weight has stuck and hypothalmus has been reset. Will I be messing it up by doing the diet again? Please help. any other options to do instead of another round hcg? I have heard several stories of people not doing great with more rounds? Thanks.

I have done 4 rounds and stabilized nicely on all of them. My third round I went to Florida about a month into my p4 and did gain some back while I was gone. I did a fourth round and have now maintianed for a year now. I am about 7lbs over LIW but I am sticking right in there. I stayed right at LIW until I started working out then gained but my measurements haven't gone up so I am chalking it up to muscle. I'm sure you will do fine. Many of us here have done multiple rounds and done well.

I've done 4 rounds. Only my third round had a few issues in late P3 and P4, but it wasn't related to the protocol itself. In P3 of R4 now and doing wonderfully.

Thanks Grammy, Tambo and Beth
Its great to hear from people who have done other rounds and stabilized. I am seriously thinking of doing another round. But I am not sure. If i do another round I will need to start next weekend. I have stabilized well except on the days I eat white potatoes, white rice and anything with white flour basically. But never did a steak day. I gained from eating white yams at a resturant last night. Eating high protein today to bring my weight back down. I am so grateful to all of you wondeful ladies, this site and HCg. This is the best diet out there. Its tough but its still the best. I am so happy with my results. I am training to run a half marathon so I might postpone the diet until after the marathon then complete my last round before thanksgiving. I can't wait to get these last few pounds off.
