Default Hamburger day instead of Steak day?
Anyone ever tried it? I don't know if I can chew another bite of steak! Just wondered if a hamburger day would work in it's place.

Hi, Mini! Personally, I haven't done it but I have read where other people have used ground beef instead and still lost. I don't know if I could just eat up plain hamburger, though. Rather have steak! Good luck if you do try it.

FYI, this works just as well as a traditional steak day. Down 1.8 today.

I had a grilled pork chop day- ate two GIANT black peppercorn marinated pork chops that I cooked up on the grill. Lost 1.6 if I remember correctly. I think the fasting all day combined with the fats are the most important elements. A friend who's a vegetarian (pescatarian? I guess?) uses salmon for her "steak" days.
