Default HCG Friendly?
I have been cheating with lotion for hte past 2 days and had no loss. So today I bought Twinlab Non-oily Na-PCA spray for my cracked and bleeding hands. Ingredients are: Purified water, Na-PCA (sodium salt of pyrrolidone carboxlic acid), eucalyptus, ethanol, monolaurium (princimal antimicrobial in mothers milk). Is this HCG friendly? If not what is!! Its cold and dry in Colorado!

It sounds like it would be okay to me -- I don't see any oils in it. If not, vaseline, baby oil and mineral oil are P2 friendly -- as is Cornhusker's lotion and I've heard people mention Neutrogena Oil free facial moisturizer.

And I think Neutrogena makes a hand repair creme with no non P2 oil. That has been working great for me.

NA-PCA is one of the best things you can use while on P2, Corn Husker's Lotion is soooo hard to find - for me. If you can find it, get it. I've been using Baby Oil and 100% Aloe Vera Gel on my face.

I'll keep trying to find Corn Huskers lotion.

Good luck.

I have seen corn huskers at most grocery stores like Walmart. You can also buy it on amazon.com

Almost any farm store or farmers coop will have Cornhuskers. I found some amazing stuff called O'Keefe's "Working Hands" it does an awesome job. And pure coconut oil is the greatest! Truth is, no oils can penetrate more than the top layers of skin, so you can use anything. That's one part of the protocol that's had me scratching my head in puzzlement, because it's just impossible to get fat into your digestion by applying it to your skin.
