I just found out that i have a herniated disk in my lower back. It will need surgery and i will have to spend 1 night at the hospital which means hospital food. I also will be getting an iv which is probably bad as well. Then my recovery will be at least 2 weeks of zero excercise. I feel like this is a punch in the stomach as i was doing so well up til this point.
