Pushups. Lots of different ways you can do them.
Find something heavy and safe that you can use for lifts and pulls. Maybe a backpack or small bag with some weight in it. Just make sure your working your muscles in various directions - push/pull, up/down, in/out, side ways etc. Also you can go for a walk/run to a nearby playground and do chinups on the monkey bars. They are killers and will tone you up rapidly. |
