Hi there. I was wondering what the best way is to start doing pushups? I haven't attempted one since grade nine gym class and it took me a whole class to do ten of them. I have absolutely no upper body strength so I've been VERY reluctant to try them again since I've begun to properly work out. I don't have access to weights just yet (I'm in college so my money goes to transportation, food and rent basically) so I couldn't build up strength before starting that.
What are different types of pushups and which are the easiest to do for a beginner? I know there are "girl pushups" but I've never known how to properly do them. Thanks. |
