Hi
Yoga exercise or any exercise is very important in weight loss process, there is no problem losing weight (theoretically) the real problem is our breaking point, being fat and try to lose weight is a “war” with our self, on Jetzzz you get this support, for now its emails and live chat, but they are saying they soon to start mobile and desk top alerts.

@Condo: That's so great to hear. 2 pounds a week is amazing. I know the cost is definitely worth it and the the time that you spend with the program I'm sure is very fruitful. I haven't tried any diet program yet so I am very much interested

My friends tell me that swimming is one of the best exercise. The entire body moves and it also helps with respiratory problems like asthma. I wish I could swim. I am afraid of trying because I drowned twice when I was a kid and since then I'm afraid to even try even with swimming instructor

@ Mikeslo_Mcd: I have not tried yoga either . Is it really good. I understand that it is more on flexibility and looks difficult to follow. My personal form of exercise is engaging in physical activities and it manages to keep me fit along with good diet.

Running and walking is my way of relieving stress and burning my calories . It does make me feel good and I don't easily get tired. I guess I'll just look for other ways of staying fit aside from swimming because I don't think I will ever get through my fear of the water
