Default weight loss tip
I want to share to everyone this favorite weight loss tip of mine:

Eat the low-calorie items off of your plate first, and then move on to the more calorie dense items. Start with salads, vegetables, then go to soups, and then the main part of the meal. The idea here is that you’ll likely be full or getting full by the time you reach the high calorie stuff, so you’ll eat less of it.

Hope that helps and jumpstarts your diet.

Here is my problem...

I'm eating past the point of being full. I feel fullness and I push it. Nothing seems to truely "fill me up." I'm eating for emotionaly satisfaction and it is really bothering me.

I work with women with eating disorders so I know the course of treatment, but I can't seem to apply it to myself.

I never used to be like this. I dropped weight and was 120. I loved it, but I had to exercise a lot and watch everything I ate. I'm now back to my pre-diet weight of 130 and I'm unhappy.

I went through a period of food deprevation and ever since then, my binge urges are awful. I used to push myslef to eat 1200 calories daily and no more. I'm a BIG eater so that was really hard. I remember when I gave up breakfast, I was so sad, but I had to give it up to lose more weight. I was scared of feeling ravenous at night, so I did not want to limit my intake then.

I turned it around and started to eat normally again, but with normal eating came a new animal...the binge. I started to get awful binge urges. I never used to have these. In fact, I hated "junk" food. Now I crave it.

I feel so trapped.

Thanks for reading this.

Hi all,
And I use the Qwave system that helps me with calories counting. You`ll be able to calculate calories consumed and track details on over 70 nutrients. And also you can create a set of meal templates for ur most common meals. It`s a very easy-to-use online application. You can read more on qwave.com

I've seen similar cases several times on Oprah. I think Oprah said that food is never the issue in cases like yours -- food is just a mask for a deeper problem. But I guess you already know that.

you know what 120 and 130 lbs -- there isnt so much difference there. Not so much anyway.

If you need someone to talk to -- just send me a message. Maybe you're just lonely. I'd be glad to talk to you. I know that sounds creepy but... i just wanna help out.

Hello to all

I would like to know, how do you maintain a healthy body if your work requires you to render service in the night shift? I hope you could reply back to me.

Thanks.
