OK, so finally I have made up my mind that i will try this diet out. I am absolutely sure I have nothing to loose trying it out. I am 26, male, and want to loose 60 pounds. But even after reading so much on internet, I cant figure few things out. So, if you guys out there who have really used the system, could you please answer my few questions about the use of the program:
-What is the difference between 9 and 30 day program? -Do I eat only whats provided in the program kit? and does the kit include supply for full 30 days? -How would I continue loosing the weight after the 30 day period? Am I supposed to buy another 30 day package or can I buy some selected shakes/products if I still want to loose more weight after 30 days? -Biggest negative I feel about other fad diet programs is they don't keep weight off after the program is over. After I reached the desired weight goal, can I discontinue this program altogether, and go back to regular food (not junk food I realize that) and what would I have to do to still keep pounds off?? -What kind of exercise can I do while doing the programs? -I have heard stories where people lost too much weight in short period of time and they got loose folds of skin. Has something like this happened with somebody? I feel really optimistic about this program. With a little help and guidance from you folks, I think I can certainly attain my goal. |
