Hello, I'm 17 years old and I'm trying HydroxyCut to lose weight. I am pretty short (5'4) and I weigh 150 lbs. I plan on losing about 15 pounds, how much calories should I burn each day? I'm also watching what I eat, not eating past dinner, etc.
Today was my first day on HydroxyCut, I noticed a decrease in appetite, then again I don't eat very much. My problem is though, I am lazy, really lazy. I also get bored easily. I have a treadmill, I ran on that for a bit (only burned 100 calories) and decided I was bored, so I got off. ANY advice is welcome, thank you all. |
