What kinds of excercises should i do?
Hello, I'm almost 16 years old. I weigh about 135 pounds. I really want to get down to about 120 or so, and I want to lose fat that is on my thighs, stomach, and butt. What exercises do you reccomend I should do for that, and how often?

runnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn, 3-4 days a week, for 30 mins each day to maintain weight, 60 mins to lose weight
