can you walk, or jog? if so do that, and fasting is a really bad thing because it just sends your body into starvation mode, so basically when you are having dinner your body stores every little bit of fat you eat which = bad! so eat, eat, eat, even if its cereal for break fast and an apple for lunch, you gotta give your body something to use for energy.

so what I wunna know is how many cal burned equals a pound lost Im tryin to loose weight I wunna know what excercises burn a cal a day what about fasting all through the day and only eating at dinner what kida excercises can I do if my knee is healing from it being popped out of its socket . I wunna know
