Grab a chinning bar ( overhead of course )

Raise you knees to your chest.

As you get stronger lift your legs parallel to the floor.

In each case hold for a few seconds ( the longer the more effective )

Another one take a broomstick ( without the broom ) place it behind your neck and strech your arms along it. Bend halfway forward from the waist. Take turns rotating pointing the stick to the floor or further. Do 3 sets of as many as you can.

Another stand straight then bend forward and grasp behind your knees. Exhale. while holding your breath out try to touch your belly button to your spine then push it out as often as you can. Try to increase the number each time you try it.

These are not easy but EXTREMELY effective. They are used to train combat soldiers and have great results very fast weeks instead of months.

If you can stick with them you will see results inside a couple of weeks and can 6 pack abs inside 6 weeks

hope you can keep it up. Good Luck.

lay on your stomach with your legs together. raise yourself up with the balls of your feet and forarms. Hold yourself as straight as you can for 10 seconds with your abs tight then lower yourself back down. Repeat this 3 more times. When you stand up, it feels like you just did 60 crunches. It works great!
