Default Chocolate Cuts Heart Failure Risk In Women
I read an interesting article from Guardian.co.uk and it says:

women aged 48-83 finds moderate consumption of chocolate with high-cocoa content lowered heart failure risk Scientist studied 32,000 Swedish women aged 48 to 83 and found out that one or two 19g-30g servings of dark chocolate a week helps reduce heart failure risk by 32%. The compounds, flavonoids, found in cocoa are believed to protect against heart disease and high blood pressure.

So choose dark chocolates over milk chocolates since dark chocolates contain as much as 75% cocoa while milk chocolates only have 20% or less.

I'm sure chocolate lovers are ecstatic to read this news. Dark chocolates are good but of course, milk chocolates are better.

Chocolates. I can never say no to them. My sister and her husband came home from abroad and bought a huge box of chocolates. No, I didn't get one.. not even a small bar. If I did, I won't be able to control myself.. hahaha

I knew you'd love this news. I was happy to read it myself. At least something good can come out from eating dark chocolates. I used to think eating chocolates only equates to gaining extra pounds.
