The obvious answer, would be willpower. The technical answer, would be protein. Protein curbs hunger, so you will be less likely to buy "impulse" foods. Also, potassium. Potassium dehydrates the muscles which is why bodybuilders look so "veiny". If you're feeling dehydrated due to potassium influx, you'll drink more water and water, as we all know, is filling. So there you have my answers. Protein and Potassium. (in moderation of course.)

you've got to visualize every day the kind of body you want. even cut out magazine pictures of people who have the bodies like the one you want for yourself. hang them up everywhere all over your house especially areas containing food like the fridge door, pantry or cabinate. every time you reach for some junk food i want you to stop and think about what you are doing. visualize how you want to look and make the connection that you will NEVER get to that body if you don't foresake junkfood. also, don't keep it around the house or work or school at all. if its not there you can't eat it, right? make fruit and veggies readily available snacks instead. you don't have to give up junkfood permanently but once you work up enough self control you can add 1 or 2 cheat meals into each week where you allow yourself to have some junkfood you've been craving. have that cheat meal then throw away any and all leftover junkfood to ensure you don't continue to snack on it on days where you're supposed to be eating healthy. but most of all practice the visualization thing every chance you have and it will really help you get control of your junkfood problems. hope this helps

I think you should learn how to make delicious and healthy meals at home in order to watch your junk food health. This way, you'll be more satisfied with the taste of your cooking than the taste of junk food. Ask relatives or friends for cooking recipes, look up recipes online, buy cook books, or take cooking lessons.
