Thanks mikaela, kathy and sasa. Just to add, you could also get lycopene from grapefruit, guava, watermelon, and rosehips but tomato is by far the best source. Fresh tomatoes are an excellent source but cooked tomato products like tomato paste, sauce and ketchup are more concentrated and since it's in cooked form, our body could easy absorb the lycopene chemical.
