healthy foods, hmm lets see . PROTEIN is what you need most of, but you dont want to go and eat steak everyday becasue that will make your cholesterol go crazy but you are really young so i would reccomend adding more protien to your diet. for example maybe steak once or twice a weak and more healthier protien such as chicken, or turkey. milk also does a body good try drinking plenty of that. the muscle part any work out will help you gain some muscle . but if your are trying to get buff i would say try benching free weights or something like that, but all depends on your age.
